A complete hypnobirthing antenatal programme

 

At Birth Wight, we teach The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme.  It is a complete 10 hour programme, over four 2.5

hour classes.  What is taught in each class is shown below.  The course is suitable for mothers and their birthing

partners from 20 weeks of pregnancy.

 

A workbook and six pre-recorded relaxing mp3s are provided to our expectant clients to support their practice

at home.

 

The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme has National Course Accreditation and Verification (NCAV) from FEDANT

(Federation of Antenatal Educators).

 

Group classes

 

Group classes (up to three couples) are chaging - classeds will take place from the first Sunday the month and operate

over four weeks:

 

  • SUNDAY evenings from 7.30pm until 10pm at my home in Wootton  Refreshments are provided.

Private classes

 

Private classes are available upon request in extreme circumstances only, due to personal circumstances.  These are usually taught in my home in Wootton.

 

36 or more weeks pregnant?

I offer private fast-track programmes over a shorter course of time, usually a weekend or for two nights back-to-back over the course of a fortnight, to ensure that you learn 
everything that is usually taught across four separate, weekly classes, in a shortened timeframe to suit your needs and your impending arrival!  Available in extreme circumstances only.
